“Your will be done on earth.”

In this Wellness Wednesday devotional we explore what it means to declare the Lord’s Prayer over your body, your health, and your life — and why that declaration is so much more than a prayer. It is faith reaching into the finished work of Christ and pulling heaven’s reality into your body today.

In heaven there is no sickness. No decay. No disease. Only wholeness, health, restoration, peace, and joy. And Jesus taught us to declare that reality over our lives right now — present tense, on earth, as it is in heaven.

Isaiah and First Peter testify that Jesus suffered in His body so that we might be healed. The finished work is already done. Heaven’s health IS — not will be. And the same Jesus who healed all who came to Him in the Gospels is the same today as He was two thousand years ago.

Today we invite you to take a simple step of faith. Turn your palms upward. Lift your eyes. And declare it out loud.

He is good. His will is good. And His healing through Jesus is for you today and forever.
