Do Not Worry About Tomorrow

This is such a good verse to remind ourselves of. Today we only have to deal with today. We can deal with tomorrow tomorrow. God gives us grace one day at a time.
When we are in the middle of something that is difficult, we can look ahead and get so overwhelmed or depressed. We are afraid it will never end.
Sometimes we need to plan ahead and it can help to be organized, but worrying ahead never helps. It only makes today harder.
There are many times I've worried about tomorrow, and what I worried about, never even happened. And when my worries did come true, God gave me grace and help to get through at the time. God gives us help one day at a time.
