Broken Hearts: You Are Not Alone

Inspiration

Grief is lonely.

The tragedy of another school shooting on Valentines Day has our nation grieving.  I cannot imagine the horror of this nightmare in the hearts and minds of so many parents, siblings, grandparents, teachers.  So many who are hurting.  Those of us watching it on the news and reading about it online are heavy-hearted.  So little we can say.  So little we can do.

But we pray.

We pray for you constantly.  For your families.  For your broken hearts.

And we want you to know that you are not alone.

There are thousands of us on our knees crying out to the God of heaven to give you comfort and peace and hope.

I have been listening to this song over and over, and crying out to God to be very near you today.

“The Lord is near the brokenhearted; He saves those crushed in spirit.”  Psalm 34:18
