Matthew 28 vs 2-5 2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. 5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
We learnt from the scripture that there are angels in Heaven.
- We also learnt from the scripture several qualifications and characteristics of Angels.
- They descend and ascend to heaven.
- They can cause a great earthquake of deliverance.
- They can roll every stone of blockage away.
- They can demobilise every blockade and place it under them.
- They move like lightning.
- They are clothed in white.
- Their presence instils fear.
- Enemies shake in the presence of Angels.
- They can deaden satanic forces.
- They are bold, courageous and fierce.
- They can communicate with human beings.
- They strengthen and motivate the saints.
- They carry prophetic messages.
