You read the title right! Once saved is not always saved! I hope this post will go a long way to help someone out there on the path of spiritual decency.
This post contains my natural reactions to a post that is generating unnecessary attention on the social media from one Nigerian Minister, who has been peddling the fake narrative that once saved is always saved.
Note that I have presented my reactions to the post on the social media unedited.

The once saved always saved doctrine
The once saved always saved doctrine is generating lots of attention on the social media space lately. Well, it has always been there but the attention it has generated lately is making me to do this post and to let you and anyone know that: Once saved is not always saved!
In the end times, the devil and his cohorts will do everything to saturate the earth with false information and demonic doctrines.
The concern is that these evil doctrines will be coined out the scriptures to make them appear like the truth. It has always been the case right from Bible days.
Bible warns us about demonic doctrines
The Bible warns us about these demonic doctrines like once saved always saved severally. Jesus Christ (in Matthew 24). Paul (in his letter to his mentee, Timothy). And several other places.
Don’t fall for any doctorines until you have found out the truth on your own. If you’re born again, you have the Spirit of God to help you on the path of the truth. Ask Him to help you though the scriptures.
You also have experienced and Spirit-filled Christian elders who have demonstrated verifiable Christian fruits over the years to guide you too.
Once saved is not always saved: My reactions on the social media
I want you to read my natural reactions to this on the social. Again I say to you – once saved is not always saved.
Note again that I have provided this unedited. Enjoy the revelation.
Once saved always saved is a demonic doctrine
The once saved is always saved is a doctrine from the pit of hell.
This post (social media posts that preached the once saved always saved doctrine) just justified lies with scriptures. It’s unfortunate.
Paul said should we continue in sin and say grace abound.
Paul talks about those who have made their faith a shipwreck.
Paul mentioned people like Alexander the coppersmith and Hymaneaous. Paul did not even pray for these guys in the books of first and second Timothy.
If once saved is always saved is right and scriptural then it makes it unnecessary for people like Paul to declare that, ‘I put my body under subsection.’
Then people like Paul will not advice or instruct that we should present our body as a living sacrifice(Romans 12).
Those instructions and many like them are completely unnecessary. Everyone will just become born again and then enjoy the freedom to do what he wants.
It’s sad that pastors or Bishop will be preaching this when even Muslims instructs their children and their followers against sinful activities.
Jesus is our example
We didn’t even find that with Jesus Christ. If you are struggling with sin as a Christian, you should approach the throne of grace and ask for mercy and help (Hebrews 4).
Don’t leave it. If you leave it the devils will get interested and this will worsen the situation and can upgrade you to the level of renouncing your Christianity or the Lordship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
My other reactions that once saved is not always saved
My other response is on our choices as Christians.
Really these are the types of people (preachers of the demonic doctrine) who ask you to continue to sin because grace abound.
The simple truth: Once saved is not always saved
God wants it but what about if the Christian decided not to want it again. Our choices play a part here. God did not created us as robots.
He wants us to make our choices whether to serve Him or not or whether to stay in the faith or not or whether to choose heaven as our goal or not.
God’s Word is settled and eternal but our freedom to choose is also in God’s Word and it’s settled.
Examining the casual description of the false doctrine
In another response or reaction from me, I wrote this:
Can you look at the way you casually describe this: He walks away and had nothing to do with Jesus.
Let me try to help you out this way:
Maybe you want to say, he renounced Jesus or the faith (emphasis on the renounced) He began to consult with spirits or devils. He began to pledge his allegiance to the devil and became deep in occultism.
You should describe it that way. Now my question to you:
Is that person still born again or has he lost his salvation.
I believe your answer should not be the fact that he is still born again.
You are confusing young Christians with this your eternal salvation message.
You think the Holy Spirit will still be there when he is dining with the devil and sucking human blood in a cult meeting.
Common, I want to ask you what happens when you grieve the Holy Spirit. What happens when you sin against the Holy Spirit.
God does not toy with your choices. Even as Christians we still have the ability to make the choice if we want to remain in Christ or not.
Decisions determine destinies. Same way it determines your heaven or hell.
If what we do after getting born again does not matter then God should not have sent Adam and Eve away from the Garden of Eden.
My sarcastic reaction
And read my sarcastic reaction below:
So if Christ saved completely, then go ahead and begin to behave like a mad person because God also gives us the chance to choose what we want.
So continue in sin because grace abound.
So if you get an employment you can begin to do whatever you like because you now have the appointment letter.
So after you get married to your wife you should begin to do whatever you like because you have put that ring into her fingers.
So because you have a stomach and God has given us some germs fighting hormones in our body then you should begin to eat whatever you like.
You will understand with these few points of mine that anyone who does that is sick and really mad.
Stop teaching demonic doctrines
Once saved is not eternally saved. Relationship with God is a partnership and we always have the ability to choose even after getting born again.
So because Adam and Eve have been placed in the Garden of Eden then they will be eternally there.
You and I know that they were sent packing from the Garden when they chose to disobey God.
You people are teaching demonic doctrines, please stop it.
I strongly believe you will be able to read and study more on this topic and allow the Holy Spirit of God to help you have more understanding.
Let me know in the comments section what you think or know about the theme of this post.
Please note that if you’re not born again, you need to consider giving your life to Jesus Christ today.
